This product is intended as a post-workout mix and it does the job every time. If you like the stiffness the day after a workout, but don't like all the soreness, this is the product for you. I used to do a complete lower-body workout (quads, hamstrings, glutes & calves) and I would feel sore for up to a week after from delayed muscle soreness. After I took cell mas (one scoop right after my workout & another scoop 6-8 hours after) I would wake up the next day ready to work my legs again, it definitely gave me direct results the next day. It has helped my lifts go through the roof without any specific numbers it definitely has results. Keep in my though, this is only a supplement and won't give you results unless you kill your muscles in the gym and eat a lot of protein and carbs. If you want amazing results, get in the gym at least 5 days a week and combined with this supplement (I also stack it with no-xplode & syntha-6) you'll see results within the first two weeks. Highly recommend this product to anyone who's determined to get their lifts and their size up.

So for starters, the item is good and definitely a good choice. I always notice and see huge gains whenever I use it!

I wanted to warn any potential buyerss to AVOID seller DIRECT SUPER CENTER (DAB NUTRITION).

I recently purchased from them since they offered a good price. However, 10 days later when I had to contact them about the status of my order, they informed me that they did not actually have the product because it was on backorder with the manufacturer. So if it wasn't bad enough that they sold me a product that they did not own, nor were able to deliver, I called BSN to see if ANY had been on backorder this month. They told me that no flavors had been on backorder for several months.
WORST SELLER EVER.... The only reason they have a good rating is because they cancel orders before sellers can leave feedback (happened to me)!

Of course, this does have a 4g creatine blend.
But, there are no calories or protein.
So you would have to get your carbs/protein from some other supplement.
If you tried NO-explode, you would know that when you mix your drink with water, you get a more homogenous mixture.
But with Cellmass, you get ALOT of sediments in the bottom. (I mixed it and drank it RIGHT after, so it didnt just settle to the bottom).

Overall, Id recommend something else.

This helped raise my mass faster, before I was going without supplements and not enough nutrition this helped greatly. BUT, for the love of god and all that is holy if your cherish your life and your family, DO NOT try arctic berry! It almost made me gag...
