Item came in specified time. Large enough to balance and use with sit ups. The DVD was damaged and skipped and the bands are elastic and uncomfortable. Another entire ball was sent to replace the DVD so I was inconvenienced by taking it back to UPS and the bands cannot be replaced with cords or something more comfortable. Other than these issues, the ball is great to use and big enough for balance exercises.

Great! Gaiam Balance Ball - Tucker - idaho
I ordered this Kit and it is great. The ball retains air very well and the video and exercise band are a bonus. Very good video(though it did need cleaning as it skipped). The 75cm ball is good if you are over 6'1" so it is a little large for me (5'10") but perfect for my husband. I highly recommend this product.

Good product for the money. The stress band is a little less ergonomic than I expected (it is just a piece of rubber). The ball is pretty sturdy and the DVD has some good workouts.
